Airpressure.

The subject is neglected by many players or being treated as non existent. I think its a great mistake since my recordings shows that outcome versus reference numbers seems to drift along with the change of air pressure.

Naturally there are a parameter in the equation for predicting the strike diamond, called air resistance. There are other parameters such as rolling and sliding friction but we can as humans not put an exact measure to those when we are simply standing there watching the wheel. The motion of the roulette ball on the rim of the wheel is divided into two phases: the first phase in which the ball slides/rolls round the wheel and the second phase where the ball has went into a rolling motion.

The aerodynamic drag is highly dependend on the air pressure and density in where it is applyed. In the casino, the density and temperature is controlled by the casino through air conditioners and usually it is rather constant, but the air pressure cannot be controlled by the casino. We can as players put a value on the air pressure as we track the wheels and correlate our results accordingly. Some people will call it "shooting birds with a canon", but my own recordinngs shows a significant driift of outcome versus reference numbers . You can argue that you your tracking will suddenly grow to triple size if you have to consider "peanuts" like that, and i agree that if your bet size is 1 Euro, you might as well just play along while you are tracking. I know that somme of you guys play with between 50 - 200 Euros pr number, and in my world it is a lot of money, so all options deserves consideration.

Some people that neglects the air pressure as a factor argues that air resistance is only a factor in a closed environment like in a closed box or cube, but honestly, the rolling of a roulette ball on a semitilted wheel seems to be an extremely delicate action that can easyli mean a different fall off point. In the pic i have attached, it is clear that the whole strike diamond system is being twisted roughly 1 diamond. I know, it could also be other factors, but the data is taken with 2 different air pressures on the same day with 5 hours space in between.

It is certainly a factor that should be considered when precise values for the geometry of the wheel, is being mapped up.

barometric pressure matters when you are a VB or biased wheels player.
It is hard to divide days and act as you have tested.
I´ve been messuring BP for years and added some % to my edge but it is nt the main subject.

Why most phisic scientists underestimete BP saying that the weight and volume of a ball cannot be affected in a meassurable way?
